Renovation of a medical facility in Summerville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Request for Quote (RFQ) 2022-44-01 is for the boring and conduit installation at 320 Midland Parkway, Summerville SC 29485.. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to bore earth and subsequently install electrical conduit as depicted in Attachment A – Drawings and as specified below, at the Dorchester County Alcohol and Drug Commission, 320 Midland Parkway, Summerville, SC 29485. Contractor shall: 1. Bore and install approximately 560 ft of 3 in. schedule 40 electrical conduit, as depicted on Attachment A – Drawings, and as directed by the Project Manager. 2. Install conduit at a minimum of 30in. in depth. 3. Install conduit such that all bends have a minimum 3ft. radius. 4. Install a pull string to every duct. 5. Install conduit to meet all electrical and building code standards. 6. Obtain all necessary permits. 7. All utilities must be located prior to beginning any work. Time of Completion Work will be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of Notice to Proceed
