The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to acquire one vendor to collect waste oil and coolant from the Citys Department of Fleet Management twice monthly or on an as needed basis in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. Pickups may be scheduled from additional City sites if required. The contract shall cover the period from May 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023. The City reserves the option to renew this contract for two (2) additional one-year periods ending May 31, 2025. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods.
