The work of this call for tenders is described as follows: dismantling of existing equipment; removal of degraded concrete; reconstruction and extra thickness of concrete; refitting of existing equipment; refurbishment of the premises. TERMS Only bids from a contractor or supplier with an establishment in Québec or who have an establishment in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the City will be accepted. The tender submission form must be submitted in three (3) copies (one [1] original and two [2] copies) and must in particular be accompanied by a certified check, a money order or a bank draft drawn from a financial institution made out to the order of Ville de Boisbriand or a bid bond representing at least ten (10%) of the total amount of the bid, all taxes included. The tender form must also be accompanied by a letter of commitment from the surety issued by an insurance company appearing on the roll of the Autorité des marchés financiers, authorized to stand as judicial surety and certifying that it will issue a surety bond. and a bond for payment of wages, materials and services, each for a value of fifty (50%) of the total amount of the tender, all taxes included.
