CLEAN SEWER LINES AT CURECANTI NATIONAL RECREATION AREA (CURE), CO PMIS 264608 RFQ 140P1222Q0056 This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P1222Q0056. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/. This RFQ is a Total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562998 and the small business size standard is $8 million. Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination No. 2015-5435 Revision No. 18 for Gunnison County, Colorado applies to this acquisition. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to perform high pressure water jetting, augering, brushing, and flushing of designated sewer lines and manholes at the Elk Creek Area of Curecanti National Recreation Area in accordance with the Statement of Work. All questions shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer at ryan_cope@nps.gov by 4:00 PM MDT on May 4, 2022. Quotes shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer at ryan_cope@nps.gov by 4:00 PM MDT on May 19, 2022. Contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) to be considered for award. Period of Performance: 08/01/2022 to 08/30/2022
