As of May 24, 2022, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. All work on this project shall be conducted and completed in accordance with the Request for Proposals prepared by the City. Proposals shall be submitted for the completed demolition, removal of the structures and all contents, driveway, grading and grass seeding of all disturbed areas: The Project consists of: 5641 SE 113 PL • The removal and disposal of all contents within the structure, including the proper removal and disposal o the Freon in the existing A/C system. • The removal and disposal of the existing concrete block structure and all patios/entryways/ etc, which is approximately 2600sqft. • City utilities (water and sewer) have been disconnected at the road right of way, contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the piping from the road right of way to the structure. • Contractor shall be responsible for notifying other utilities (i.e. power, telephone, internet, gas) regarding the pending demolition of the building and having such utilities disconnected and removed from the property. • Contractor shall be required to provide proof that disposal site is properly permitted through the State of Florida to accept the demolition material. 5621 SE Robinson Rd • The removal and disposal of pavilion structure Demolition of Structures at 5641 SE 113 Place and 6521 SE Robinson Road Contract award will be made by the City Commission at a regularly scheduled meeting. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technical errors and informalities and make the award in the best interest of the city.
