TUALATIN VALLEY WATER DISTRICT CONSULTING SERVICES FOR DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT FOR THE DISTRICT'S ADVANCED METERING INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT Tualatin Valley Water District (District) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide design and implementation support for the District's Advanced Metering Infrastructure Project. RFP documents may be obtained electronically from Bid Locker. Proposals must be submitted by the Deadline, any proposals received after the Deadline will not be considered. Proposals will not be publicly opened. The District reserves the right to cancel this RFP, reject any and all proposals not in compliance with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including proposer responsibility under ORS 279C.375 (3) (b), and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon the District's finding that it is in the District's or the public's best interest to do so. The District reserves the right to waive informalities and to negotiate a contract with the highest scoring proposer. Proposers will be responsible for all costs associated with preparing a proposal. Proposers will also be responsible for signing a confidentiality agreement prior to obtaining the RFP documents. Return of the documents is not required.
