Contractor to provide a high level of professional window cleaning annually, to each Town of Canmore Building listed in 3.3.1 of this RFQ. Including both interior and exterior windows and to provide a written report indicating any window systems requiring further maintenance or replacement to ensure they are performing to their building envelope requirements.
