Work of the Project includes renovations of an existing building to include new walls, doors, finishes, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5 % of his total bid, in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw this bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of Building Construction. Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S.38:2212 (A)(1)(c). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214 38:2215.
