Easttown Township Board of Supervisors is soliciting sealed bids for Liquid Fuels Paving at Prevailing Wage Rates for Easttown Township All bids must be submitted online at portal A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price for the contract term must accompany all bids. All questions for the Township shall be asked via the portal Questions Shall Not Be Answered if Received After 2:00 Pm (Prevailing Local Time) May 11, 2022. Bids Received Will Be Revealed at the Conclusion of the Bidding Period on the Pennbid Website. The Easttown Township Board of Supervisors Will Consider and Act Upon the Contract at a Regular Township Meeting (on June 6, 2022 at 7:00 Pm Prevailing Local Time) at the Easttown Township Building, 566 Beaumont Road, Devon, Pa 19333. The Board of Supervisors Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Nonconformity Deemed in the Best Interest of Easttown Township.
