**As of April 10, 2025 this project has been awarded to G&B Construction for$111,804.05. Easttown Township will be accepting sealed proposals for the "Devon Sidewalk Improvement Project" located on Waterloo Road (S.R. 2021) at the intersections with Lancaster Avenue (S.R. 0030) and Berkley Road (T-303) in Easttown Township, Chester County, PA . Deadline to submit Questions is February 5, 2025; All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Easttown Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids. The successful Bidder must comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All Bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified Contractors, and are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Pre-qualification of Prospective Bidders and PennDOT Form 408/2020, as supplemented and amended, Section 102. Subcontractors must pre-qualify in the same manner, if listed in the proposal or if they subsequently undertake the partial or total construction of one or more items of work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
