Sealed bids are solicited for Liquid Fuels Paving (2026 Road Program) at Prevailing Wage Rates for Easttown Township. All bids must be submitted online at www.pennbid.net. Registration on PennBid is free. Bid instructions and specifications will be available for review on or around March 23, 2026. All documents, bid bonds, affidavits, and other information accompanying the bids must be uploaded to the PennBid website. Bids must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM (Prevailing Local Time) April 9, 2026. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price for the contract term must accompany all bids. All questions shall be asked via the PennBid website and will not be answered if received after 10:00 AM April 6, 2026. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any nonconformity deemed in the best interest of Easttown Township.
