The Easttown Municipal Authority is soliciting online sealed bids for Sanitary Sewer System Televising. All bids must be submitted online at www.pennbid.net. Registration on PennBid is free. Bid instructions and specifications will be uploaded and available for review. All documents, bid bonds, affidavits, and other information accompanying the bids shall be uploaded to the PennBid website. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price for the contract term must accompany all bids. Questions for the Township shall be asked via the PennBid website. The EMA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any nonconformity deemed in the best interest of the Township. Question Deadline: 04/21/2026 04:00 PM Last date and time to submit questions via the PennBid website. Sanitary Sewer System Televising - 2026: Project generally consists of the cleaning and televising of 8", 10" and 12" sanitary sewer mains on an as-needed basis. Other work could include air testing of sanitary sewer main joints, chemical grouting of joints, installation of cured-in-place (CIP) pipe repair sleeves, and the televising of the laterals that connect to the sewer mains.
