Renovation of a mixed-use development in Manassas, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work generally consists of repair of spalling and cracking concrete on the existing warehouse structure. Removal of existing rooftop guardrails and installation of new parapet. Installation of approximately 18,000 square feet of new metal siding and framing over existing concrete structure. Warehouse operations must remain operable during construction. Responsibility for maintenance of all existing erosion control devices, if provided under a separate contract, is included.
