Streetscape project along Main Street from 2nd Street to west of 4th Street. Bury overhead utilities along 4th Street from Walnut Street to north of Main Street, includes streetscape elements along 4th Street for this same length. Each sealed bid shall be accompanied by either a Cashier's Check or satisfactory Bid Bond, mad payable to the city of Danville in an amount not less than five percent (5.00%) of the total bid amount. Accepted Bidder will be required to provide construction contract security in a form acceptable to the Owner in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100.00%) of the total bid amount. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary. B. Owner will evaluate the submitted bid documents to determine the best bid. The Bidder under primary consideration may be required to submit additional information for review to facilitate that evaluation prior to final selection and award. C.
