Engineering design for rehabilitation of KY00103 Willisburg Lake Dam, located in Washington County, to bring the dam into compliance with current regulatory design criteria for high hazard dams. The project includes a review of available information for the dam, review of previous engineering analyses and design work, in-depth engineering inspection of the dam and identification of deficiencies, engineering analysis and design of improvements to bring the dam into compliance with the Commonwealth's dam safety statutes and regulations and permitting support. Other tasks include review and update of the Emergency Action Plan and completion of a Potential Failure Modes Analysis (PFMA).
