Work includes but not limited to construction of metal stud walls, gypsum board, doors and frames, acoustical ceiling systems, masonry. Also included is sprinkler work, mechanical systems, and electrical and data circuitry. SSHE 401-BL-1249.1 Gen. Const. $55,000. to $65,000 SSHE 401-BL-1249.2 HVAC $20,000 to $25,000 SSHE 401-BL-1249.4 Electrical $20,000 to $25,000 It is anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be issued on or about June 15, 2022. Unless otherwise specified in the Notice to Proceed, on-site Work shall commence no earlier than, June 20, 2022 ; Substantial Completion: August 19, 2022; Final Completion (including all on-site Punch List Work): August 26, 2022.
