Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, personnel, and incidentals such as grease, locks, chains, and any other items not specifically mentioned in this Agreement necessary to provide refrigeration kitchen equipment repairs at DSH Metropolitans Central Kitchen and all refrigeration units in the Satellite Kitchens, including the Alternate Care Site. DSH Metropolitan as of September 1, 2020 consist of two (2) site locations: (1) 11401 S. Bloomfield Avenue, Norwalk, CA 90650; & (2) 13200 Bloomfield Avenue.
