Site work and paving for a road / highway in Norwalk, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide DSH - Metropolitan with road repair services. All work will be completed at the main hospital outside of the secured treatment area (STA) on a schedule mutually agreed upon by the Contract Managers in order to avoid minimal disruption to hospital operations. Multiple Locations Are Available In This Project. Description of Services/Background: 1. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide the DSH with road repair services. 2. DSH - Metropolitan as of September 1, 2020 consist of two (2) site locations: (1) 11401 S. Bloomfield Avenue, Norwalk, CA 90650; & (2) 13200 Bloomfield Avenue. All work will be completed at the main hospital outside of the secured treatment area (STA) on a schedule mutually agreed upon by the Contract Managers in order to avoid minimal disruption to hospital operations. 3. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 18, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid
