As of July 6, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. Estimated cost range $515,680 - $854,380. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide the DSH with the creation of the DSH Metropolitan Employee Park Project. The proposed project site is an empty dirt lot located adjacent to Building 100 as well as a small portion of 5th Street, which is south-west of Building 100. The dirt lot was the result of a partial building demolition at that location in 2003. DSH Metropolitan desires that the dirt lot be redeveloped into a desirable area where staff can relax on their breaks and gather for different special events throughout the year. There will be no patient access to this park. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
