The City of Norwalk is inviting proposals from qualified individuals or firms interested in providing on call Davis-Bacon, State of California prevailing wage, and Section 3 compliance monitoring services for the City's Community Development Department Housing and Neighborhood Development Division services. All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted via email only to rmedina@norwalkca.gov with the subject line "Written Questions Re: RFP 23-686 for the Davis-Bacon, State of California Prevailing Wage, and Section 3 Compliance Monitoring Services." The cut-off for the submission of questions or deviations shall be 5:00 p.m. PT on Monday, July 25, 2022. Any information resulting from questions that causes a material change in the solicitation will be issued in a written addendum clarifying the matter(s). Addendum will be posted on the City's website. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals, request additional information or revisions to the proposals, and to negotiate with any or all Offerors. The City proposes to issue a contract for a period of one (1) year with the City having the option to extend under the same terms and conditions for a maximum of two (2) one (1) year options.
