As of November 13, 2023, information regarding an award for this solicitation has not been provided by the owner. The owner states that an advertisement for construction is anticipated to be issued in four months. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ......... Provide professional architectural, engineering design and construction management services for the Preliminary Plan, Working Drawing and Construction Administration phases of the above project. All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California. The estimated cost of construction for the project is $35,000,000.00. The estimated duration of this contract will be 4 years.
