The City of Nashua, NH, herein referred to as "the City", is soliciting proposals from qualified Vendors for pickup, transporting and processing Construction and Demolition (C&D) debris recyclables from the Four Hills Landfill / Nashua Recycling Center, located at 840 West Hollis Street, Nashua, NH 03062 Deadline for Vendor Questions Wednesday, April 27, 2022, 10:00 am Vendor Question Answers Posted Friday, April 29, 2022, 4:00 pm The term of the contract will be for one (1) year. The contract will commence on July 1, 2022 and terminate on June 30, 2023, unless extended by amendment. Each year is subject to annual budget appropriations and at the City of Nashua's sole discretion. A separate/amended purchase order shall be issued for each year of the contract. The City, through the Mayor, who is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts of proposals; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this request if in the City's best interest.
