Work on Harris Road shall be substantially completed by July 29, 2022. Work on Berkeley Street shall be substantially completed by September 9, 2022. Liquidated Damages: dollars ($850) for each calendar day that expires after the time specified in paragraph 4.02 for Substantial Completion until the Work is substantially complete. Liquidated damages of $1,700 for each calendar day will be assessed for delays beyond the established dates for substantial completion and final completion.
