The City of Nashua, NH, herein referred to as "the City", is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the 2022 Pavement Preservation Program. Completion times for the project will be as follows: **Fog Sealing 50 percent of the total length of all roadway segments in the contract specified for fog sealing shall be substantially complete by July 15, 2022. 100 percent of the total length of all roadway segments in the contract specified for fog sealing shall be substantially complete by August 15, 2022. **Micro-Surfacing 50 percent of the total length of all roadway segments in the contract specified for micro-surfacing shall be substantially complete by August 15, 2022. 100 percent of the total length of all roadway segments in the contract specified for micro-surfacing shall be substantially complete by September 15, 2022. **The entire length of all roadway segments in the contract shall be substantially complete by October 15, 2022. **Liquidated damages of $500 for each calendar day will be assessed for delays beyond the established dates for substantial completion and final completion. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action by any unsuccessful bidder against The City. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities when the public interest will be served thereby.
