The University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee seeks to contract for Service and Preventative Maintenance for Uninterrupted Power Supply Units Deadline for Questions: 4/25/2022 @ 2 p.m. CDT The contract will be for a three -year period, from the date of the award and will be manually renewed for two (2) additional one-year periods, unless Purchasing is notified, in writing, by the Contractor; or UWM notifies the Contractor, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s). When all renewal options have been exhausted, the contract may continue on a month-to-month basis, until which time a new contract is put into place.
