Site work for a mixed-use development in Aklavik, Northwest Territories. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Yellowknife is striving to make parks and playgrounds more accessible by providing connections between asphalt parking pads to benches and picnic tables throughout City parks. To this end the City wishes to contract the construction of pathways that are 6.5 ft wide, bench pads that are 11ft by 8ft, picnic pads that are 17ft by 17ft and parking stalls Type A and Type B that conform to the attached drawings (City to supply tables, benches and bases to go in the asphalt/contractor to install bases in asphalt).
