Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 40,000 cubic yards of excavation with on-site spoil disposal; 2. Approx. 30,000 cubic yards of imported fill with on-site spoil disposal; and 3. Approx. 200 LF of 24-inch storm sewer and appurtenances. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids
