Site work for a water / sewer project in Pontiac, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installing approximately 3,600 feet of 10 inch to 18-inch diameter storm sewer. The Project includes the following Work: Installing approximately 3,600 feet of 10 inch to 18-inch diameter storm sewer. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference for the Project will NOT be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. It is agreed that the bid may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days from opening thereof or will be subject forfeit the 5% Bid Bond provided with the bid. Work on this project is subject to the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130). Prevailing Wages, as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor and the current Prevailing Wage ordinance approved by the City of Pontiac shall be paid. The submission of monthly certified payrolls to the City of Pontiac will be required. Work on this project is subject to the Illinois Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Project Act as enacted by P.A. 95-0635.
