The Livingston County Housing Authority is Inviting Sealed Bid Proposals From Interested and Qualified Parties for the Lcha Livingston Window Replacement, Located at the Livingston Apartments - 920 West Madison Street, Pontiac, Illinois, 61764. This Project Consists of the Demolition and Replacement of Existing Aluminum Window Units as Indicated on the Construction Documents. Bid Security Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid in the Amount of Five (5)% Percent of the Bid Amount. No Bids May Be With-drawn for a Period of 60 Days After Opening of Bids. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Informalities and Irregularities. Bidders Must Be Properly Licensed Under the Laws Governing Their Respective Trades and Be Able To Obtain Insurance and Bonds Required for the Work. A Performance Bond, Separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insur-ance in a Form Acceptable to Owner Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder. The Owner Requires All Contractors and Vendors Doing Business With the Owner Not to Discriminate Against Anyone on the Basis of Race, Age, Color, Religion, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Ancestry, Non Job-related Handicaps or National Origin. The Livingston County Housing Authority Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, And to Waive Any and All Informalities in the Bidding. After Receipt of Bids and Completion of the Review Process, the Livingston County Housing Authority May Award a Contract to the Bidder That, in Its Opinion, Will Provide a Combination of the Best Services and Reasonable Cost Successful Bidders Shall Be Required to Observe the Fair Employment Practices Commission Rules Pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity, and Comply With the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 Ilcs 130/1 Et Seq.., and Use Wage Determination as Determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, Conciliation, and Mediation Division as Amended to Date. These Wages Will Remain in Effect Until Superseded by a New Determination. Bids Will Be Held Good for a Period of Sixty (60) Days Subsequent to the Opening of Bids.
