No definite date for the rebid.** sealed proposals for the construction of the following sections for Livingston County will be received at the office of the County Engineer. 1. Livingston County Bridge overlay on CH 8 (1200N Rd) near 900E Rd. and an alternate to overlay three other bridges on CH 8 between 800E and 1000E Rd. A proposal charge will be accessed for each proposal. The County, in accordance with the laws of the State of illinois, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that the contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of race, color or national origin. The Highway Committee of the Livingston County Board reserves the right to reject any and or ail proposals and to waive technicalities. By Order of: The Highway Committee Livingston County.
