The Scope of Work to be performed under this project consists of furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment and transportation to provide swimming pool maintenance services for three high schools. A Florida Pool Service Contractor's License is required. 1) The ability to clean skimmer, pump basket, and vacuum/clean pool and spa at (3) schools. 2) The ability to clean and maintain filters. Pool chemicals will be provided by Pinellas County Schools. 3) The ability to skim water surface removing debris. 4) The ability to brush pool, spa walls, and water line tile. 5) The ability to perform water chemistry analysis. 6) The ability to inspect equipment and equipment room. 7) The ability to inspect heater and report deficiencies to PCSB. 8) The ability to provide own transportation to and from each school site on a daily basis.
