The estimated quantities listed on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the low bidder. \ The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. \ If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 15 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages. The Bidder shall submit to the OWNER, 5 days prior to the bid opening, a Statement of Qualification on the form(s) provided by the OWNER and provided in the Appendix. \ Bids shall be submitted on the electronic bid form provided through QuestCDN.com, and all required blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days from the date of the bid opening. \ The Owner has the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Owner.
