Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Germantown, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The pavement needs treatment to extend its service life, curb ramps need to be upgraded and traffic signal equipment needs to be replaced. Perpetuation project of a 2-lane rural section on STH 145 from STH 100 to CTH Q, approximately 3.3 miles in length, located in Menomonee Falls and Germantown, Waukesha and Washington Counties. This resurfacing project consists of: full depth base patch at various spot locations, milling and HMA pavement, new traffic signal equipment, new guardrail and culvert pipe repair/replace/including end treatments where needed, and upgrade curb ramps to meet current ADA standards. Anticipated Construction Cost: $3,000,000-$3,999,999 Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 DBE goal on project: No The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
