VILLAGE OF RINGWOOD for the following work: The work shall consist of roadway resurfacing including 20,059 pounds of Bituminous Materials (Tack Coat), 3,140 tons of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course, IL-9.5, Mix D, N50, 1,340 tons of Hot-Mix Asphalt Polymerized Binder Course, IL-4.75, N50, 9,535 feet of Longitudinal Joint Sealant, and 30,362 square yards of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Removal and other related work. Prequalification of Bidders in accordance with the applicable parts of IDOT Bureau of Local Roads and Streets Recurring Special Provision Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals (Check Sheet LRS 6) will be required of all bidders on this proposal. IDOT prequalification in category 003 HMA Plant Mix will be required of all bidders on this proposal. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by the Village or the Department of Labor, or as determined by the Court on Review, shall be paid to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work as indicated in the special provisions to the specifications.
