Renovation of an educational facility in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work, includes, but is not limited to: Experiential graphics, wayfinding signage and graphics, room signage, classroom painting and hallway painting throughout school. Handrail painting at major stairways and locker removal and repainting also included, painting and refurbishment of radiator covers throughout commons. Architect/Engineer's Cost Opinion: Base Bid - Room Signage, Wayfinding and Painting - $1,828,000 ALT 1 - Remove radiator covers, refinish, repaint - $35,327 ALT 1 - Experiential Graphics - 134,662 Bid Bond: Certified check, bank cashiers check, or bid bond is required with each Bid, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the project. The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other Bid, the right to reject any or all Bids, and the right to waive any irregularities in any Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn, except with the express permission of the Owner, after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of Contract is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days.
