This contract includes the supply of all plant, labour, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete this project: AC & AH5 Renewal IUC Physics University of New Brunswick Fredericton, NB Project includes the renewal of AH#5, replacement of distribution ducting on lower floor, modification to distribution ducting on upper floors, modifications to chilled water infrastructure originating in Bailey Hall and all associated electrical and controls. The project shall be completed by March 31, 2023. Site is available immediately. Work shall also be scheduled to minimize disruption. The successful contractor shall provide a schedule showing continuous work from commencement to completion of the project. IUC Physics is an occupied and operational education building and will remain so throughout the entire installation Tender documents to be obtained electronically through UNB's online Bonfire portal.
