New Brunswick Power and Nova Scotia Power LiDAR Survey and Processing Various locations, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia Tenderers are invited by New Brunswick Power Corporation ("NB Power") to submit Responses for the supply of the above captioned. All Tender activity will occur via the Internet. The New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website will serve as a host for the public solicitation notice only. NB Power is utilizing the services of the PowerAdvocate Sourcing Intelligence(R) platform ("Platform") for this Tender process. Instructions on how to access the Platform are attached to this letter. Responses are to be prepared using the submission methods as outlined in the Tender documents found on the Platform and submitted as per the RFP Document. It is the Bidders responsibility to ensure that their response is received and stored on the Platform. Questions or any clarification requests by the Bidder may be submitted through the messaging feature of the Platform. Questions or clarification requests that are submitted within five (5) days of closing may not be considered. The Bidder must reference the specific section number to which its question or clarification request relates. NB Power reserves the right to reject any or all responses. The lowest cost proposal will not necessarily be accepted. All questions or concerns regarding the Tender shall be submitted via the messaging feature on the Platform.
