Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Installation and commissioning of all material owner supplied as identified within the spec. Contractor shall supply any mounting hardware/equipment required to achieve the design purpose as outlined on the electrical plans. .2 Anything not identified as owner supplied within the spec shall be supplied and installed by the contractor. .3 Contractor is responsible to supply his/her own power for tools/equipment for this project. Unless confirmed by client they have power at certain location near work area. .4 Supply and install concrete pad, contractor is responsible for assuring that conduit holes line up properly for charge controller installation and other equipment installed on pad. Measurements on drawing are approximates and contractor shall confirm on site and with shop drawings exact location of conduit runs and openings.
