Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a new Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) with an average capacity of 2.3 million gallons per day (MGD) and a peak capacity of 7.0 MGD. The new WWTP will include a preliminary treatment facility, oxidation ditch, chemical feed building, secondary clarifiers, RAS/WAS pump station, peracetic acid contact basin, cascade aeration, sludge concentration basins, sludge holding tanks, administration building, and related site and piping work. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during normal working hours. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, paper Bidding Documents or electronic documents on compact disk will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
