Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of February 28, 2023, this project has been awarded. Shelbyville/Shelby County Parks Board will take bids for a 90'x 10'x 15' Driving Range Tee Cover pole barn-type structure with additional concrete pad and electric. Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds will be used to fund the structure. All funding is contingent upon compliance with ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds award. The Parks reserves the right to: accept the bid deemed to be in its best interest, not necessarily the lowest bid; the right to disqualify bids deemed to be defective; and the right to waive defects in bids where such defects are not deemed significant
