As of 05/27/2022 This project will be rebid. Restricted Areas - Traveling is limited to access for daily parking and/or project site access. All questions shall be submitted in writing by April 27, 2022 at 10:00AM ET to the Commonwealth buyer listed below. No questions shall be accepted after the date(s) listed unless the question(s) is considered material to the procurement. The Commonwealth shall respond to salient questions in writing by issuing an addendum to the solicitation. The addendum shall be posted to the Kentucky Vendor Self Service site. Removal/Installation: The Vendor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment (rental, if necessary) and expertise necessary to the service being performed during regular working hours. Regular working hours are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Setup/Verification of Operation: The Vendor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment (rental, if necessary) and expertise necessary to verify all functionality of newly installed equipment, including load testing the new unit. All work performed by the Vendor shall be in compliance with all applicable trade mandates. All supplies, equipment and services shall be subject to inspection or tests by the Commonwealth prior to acceptance. In the event supplies, equipment or services are defective in material or workmanship or otherwise not in conformity with specified requirements, the Commonwealth shall have the right to reject the items or services or require acceptable correction at the Vendor's expense.
