Purchase and delivery of parts in various sizes for bryan drive, sword street, automobile alley, ewing lane, and dixon street phase 4 waterline replacement projects. For the department of utility operations, division of water distribution. Any questions as to these specifications shall be addressed to Mark Hall, Director of Utility Operations (606) 385-3332. The items, which the Contractor is required to provide under this contract, shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of written notice unless market conditions make this impractical. The contractor shall be responsible to the City for all signs, barricades, etc. that belong to the City. The City of Ashland through its City Manager reserves the right to accept all or to reject all or any part of the bid should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Ashland.
