Plans call to repair Northcore Buildings front steps and porch, which are over an existing mechanical and electrical room in the lower level in the Northcore Building at Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility. As of February 9, 2024, a general contractor has been selected. The project is currently under construction, a completion timeline is scheduled for August 22, 2024.
