Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Clifton, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

This project is funded by the United Way of Graham and Greenlee Counties; this project is known as the Parks & Recreation Lighting Project.All questions related to the Invitation For Bid and rate table shall be directed via email to Liz Pollock, Program Coordinator, northcliftonrvpark@townofclifton.com or by phone (928) 965-6142 by May 4, 2022 by 2:00 p.m. This project entails the removal of 17 existing light fixtures and the installation of new light fixtures with LED lighting, and replacing 22 old bulbs with new LED bulbs, including 6 light fixtures and LED bulbs at the Train Depot, 11 light fixtures and LED bulbs at Fernandez Park. Remove old light bulbs and replace with new 8 LED bulbs at the RV Park and baseball field, and 14 at the RV Park. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services. The Town of Clifton has a budget of $20,000 allotted for this project. There are a total of 39 lights included in this project. It is requested that potential bidders identify which lights they can replace within the project budget The Town of Clifton reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities and informalities therin and further reserves the right to award the contract to the most responsive and responsible bidder.
