Renovation of a residential development in Anacortes, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This project has been awarded to Axiom Division 7 and Topside Roofing and Siding. ** The scope of the project entails demolition and replacement of steep slope roofing with asphalt shingles. Other work includes new flashings and other miscellaneous roofing work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Bid security: A certified or bank cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to the Anacortes Housing Authority, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. Rejection of Bids: The Housing Authority shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. The Anacortes Housing Authority is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Small, minority- and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. All work performed on the project will be subject to the higher of prevailing state or federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. This project is funded by a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program.
