Renovation and addition of the existing Anacortes Readiness Center. Work includes 3,600 square feet building addition with new classrooms, fitness room and corridor. Alterations to portions of the existing including new toilet shower rooms, kitchen, conference, mother's room, multipurpose room, and a new ADA lift. New mechanical, fire protection, mass notification and electrical service to be incorporated. Building to receive a complete structural seismic upgrade and re-roof, minor repair, and new finishes to be provided in areas affected. All Work must be Substantially Complete within 330 calendar days from commencement.
