The Surety Company must be licensed to do business in the State of Ohio and acceptable to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the deadline for submittal. The Cleveland Metropolitan School District reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, and to disregard all non-conforming responsive conditional Proposals. The new Uniform Grant Guidance, 2 CFR200 (UGG) went into effect for Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) on July 1, 2018 and will apply to awards or funding increments issued on or after this date. Purchases funded by federal grant funds must adhere to regulations found in Uniform Guidance "Super Circular", 2 CFR 200 (UGG), as a condition of receiving funds and to meet annual audit compliance. In an effort to keep policy for all grants consistent, the CMSD implemented the new federal guidelines regarding procurement utilized with federal grants immediately. Bidders on this work shall be required to comply with all applicable requirements pertaining to fair labor, state and local government.
