Renovation of a communication facility in Clarkston, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility.
Construction Project within West Clarkston Heights obtainable from the Port of Clarkston upon request. Sealed bids are being requested for the Port's FTTH Construction Project within the West Clarkston Heights. Bids will be received by: Port of Clarkston c/o: Wanda Keefer - Port Manager 849 Port Way Clarkston - WA - 99403. A five percent (5%) bid guarantee is required in the form of a cashier's check - money order - or surety bond per RCW 53.08.130 The project is an aerial and underground build from existing fiber lines in Asotin County near Clarkston, Washington through the northwest side of Clarkston Heights as identified by the map in Attachment A. This bid addresses construction to the FTTH site and making connections to individual homes/buildings at Clarkston Heights west of Scenic Way and north of Ben Johnson Road. The aerial construction will be done according to the Avista Utilities' (pole owner) specifications in accordance with approved pole attachment plans included within the aerial design component attached. Underground construction will be buried at depths of 3-4 feet in the right-of-way. In these instances, conduit placed will be 1 1/4 " HDPE SDR 11. Handholes placed will be limited to transitions and access points and will be placed in the right-of-way. Clarification (Q&A) Submitted Between May 10 & May 15,2022.
