The Town of Charlestown is seeking price quotes for Cleaning Services at The Charlestown Senior Community Center within Ninigret Park, Charlestown. The building shall be thoroughly cleaned and stocked five times per week - Monday-Friday between the hours of 4pm-5:30pm. The Town requires that proof of liability insurance in the amount of $300,000 per occurrence with the Town listed as additional insured be provided to the Parks & Recreation Department at least 14 days prior to the commencement of work. The candidate must also be a licensed contractor in the State of RI, and abide by all State, Local and Federal Laws, Codes and Regulations.
