Renovation of a water / sewer project in Charlestown, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project consists of the Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation work required for the construction and installation of improvements to the existing public water supply, treatment, storage and distribution system serving the Central Beach community. No bids may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Owner and Project Manager reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding and to accept that Proposal which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Owner.
